      Claudia Trojaniello

      Claudia Trojaniello is a specialist in Medical Oncology and Medical Director at the Department of Medical Oncology and Innovative Medical Therapies at the IRCCS “Fondazione G. Pascale” National Cancer Institute in Naples, headed by Prof. Paolo A. Ascierto. Her clinical and scientific work is primarily dedicated to the management of skin cancers, with a particular focus on melanoma, squamous cell carcinoma of the skin, basal cell carcinoma and rare skin tumours. She specialises in cancer immunotherapy, targeted therapies and innovative strategies across various disease stages, from early-stage to advanced disease. She has gained experience in conducting Phase I, II and III clinical trials as a sub-investigator and is a member of the Phase I trial team at the Pascale Foundation. She also undertook a training period at the UPMC Cancer Center, University of Pittsburgh, focusing on CAR-T clinical trials, toxicity and treatment. She is the author and co-author of numerous scientific publications in international journals, book chapters and conference proceedings, with a particular focus on immunotherapy, resistance mechanisms and the management of toxicity. She regularly participates as a speaker at national conferences and courses dedicated to cutaneous oncology and immunotherapy.
